1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Chrysalinks Group platform, website, and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Chrysalinks Group ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of Services

Chrysalinks Group provides:

• FREE 1-Pager Website: A professionally designed single-page website, subject to referral requirements
• BizBuilding Program: Self-paced business training modules, playbooks, and templates
• Self-Paced Programs: Business training modules, playbooks, and templates accessible at your own pace (paid tiers)
• Support: AI chatbot, WhatsApp, in-app chat, and email support (responded to within 6–12 hours)
• White Glove Coaching: Optional 1-on-1 coaching add-on (enquire separately)
• Partner Program: Referral and service delivery partnership opportunities
• AI-Powered Tools: Website generation, content creation, and business automation

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

5.1 FREE Tier

The FREE 1-pager website requires 5 accepted referrals. No payment is required. We reserve the right to modify the referral requirements at any time.

5.2 Paid Tiers

• Goal-to-100: R197/month
• Goal-to-1K: R497/month
• Goal-to-10K: R997/month

Subscriptions auto-renew monthly. You may cancel at any time. Changes take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5.3 Payment

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details. Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our IP

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and materials on our platform are the property of Chrysalinks Group and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our Services.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of all business information, images, and content you provide. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it for the purpose of delivering our Services (e.g., building your website).

6.3 Website Ownership

Websites created through our FREE tier are owned by Chrysalinks Group. Upon upgrading to a paid tier, full ownership transfers to you. We may display a "Powered by Chrysalinks" badge on FREE tier websites.

7. Referral Program Terms

• Referral links are unique and non-transferable
• Self-referrals are prohibited
• Referrals must be genuine business owners who have not previously signed up
• We reserve the right to invalidate fraudulent or abusive referrals
• Partner commissions are paid monthly with a 30-day delay for validation

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for any unlawful purpose
• Transmit malware, spam, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our Services
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access our platform
• Resell or redistribute our Services without written permission

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

We do not guarantee specific business results from using our platform, training, or coaching.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chrysalinks Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chrysalinks Group, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to use our Services ceases immediately
• We may retain your data as described in our Privacy Policy
• Outstanding payments remain due

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
